With over 15 years of hands-on experience in industrial kitchen equipment manufacturing and assembly, Ahmad Shahrour leads our production operations with precision, discipline, and an unwavering focus on quality control. He oversees every stage — from raw material sourcing and component fabrication to final testing and packaging — ensuring that every SH-series unit meets international safety and performance standards.
Our Engineering & Technical Team
Behind every SH-MX mixer, SH-FL fryer, or custom production line is a team of certified engineers, gas safety specialists, and mechanical experts. Trained in Turkey and aligned with international standards, they handle everything from site assessment and equipment customization to on-site installation and preventive maintenance.
With over 14 years of experience in industrial kitchen infrastructure, Khalid leads complex turnkey projects across the GCC. His deep technical knowledge in gas systems, ventilation, and equipment integration ensures every installation meets the highest safety and efficiency standards.
Marco manages Shahrour’s global procurement network, coordinating seamless delivery of equipment from manufacturing hubs in Europe and North America to clients across three continents. His precision in logistics and quality control keeps projects on time and on spec.

01. PROGRAMMER
- Develop and maintain software for kitchen automation and diagnostics
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on IoT-enabled solutions
- Ensure system reliability, security, and user-friendly interfaces
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and real-time systems
- Understanding of industrial or commercial equipment is a plus
02. designer
- Develop 2D/3D layouts for commercial kitchens using CAD or BIM tools
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and suppliers to optimize workflow, safety, and equipment integration
- Ensure designs meet local regulations, ventilation standards, and gas safety codes
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or industrial kitchen planning is a strong advantage
03. MANAGER
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, technical support) to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage client communication, scope definition, timelines, and quality control
- Coordinate with global suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure seamless delivery
- Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in industrial equipment, foodservice, or construction
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
